Lauren Resnick, MEd, has made exceptional contributions to ABE Massachusetts as site coordinator, drawing on her decade of experience as a biology and biotechnology teacher at Revere High School and her background in plant genomics research. Based at Northeastern University's Burlington site, she skillfully connects classroom learning with real-world applications, providing educators and students across Massachusetts with authentic research experiences and creating pathways to post-secondary opportunities and biotech industry connections.

Her strong commitment to equity in STEM education has been instrumental in advancing ABE's mission to develop opportunities for underserved and underrepresented populations to engage with bioscience. As both an educator with local roots in Revere and a lab technician with research experience, Lauren brings a unique perspective that enhances the program's effectiveness in sparking students' interest in biotechnology careers during their critical middle and high school years.
