This September, the Program Office would like to recognize Jackie Ryan, lab technician for ABE San Francisco Bay Area. Jackie joined the program in early 2019 and quickly became an integral part of the San Francisco team. Her positive attitude, clear thinking, and organizational skills have kept the site running smoothly, even through the stress of the pandemic. Jackie is always willing to take on new tasks and think through new challenges. Always enthusiastic and energetic, Jackie has been a “life saver,” supporting the program in various aspects. As half of ABE San Francisco’s team of two, Jackie is described by Program Site Director Maia Binding as “my better half.” We appreciate Jackie’s many contributions to the ABE program.
